1250kVA Generator Set for A Hospital in Thailand
Project Background

To meet the urgent power needs of a South American medical laboratory, our 1500kVA generator set delivers efficient, reliable backup power in a space-saving containerized design. Tailored for strict noise control, exceptional durability, and unwavering stability, this high-standard solution ensures seamless operation in a compact, demanding environment.

Technical Features

Core component configuration
Fitted with high-performance components, including a Sino-US joint venture Cummins KTA50-G3 engine, a Sino-French joint venture Leroy Somer LSA50.2 M6 alternator, and a UK Deepsea DSE7320 MKII control system for exceptional reliability.

All-weather containerized enclosure
Features a custom high-strength, marine-grade anti-corrosion container with rock wool insulation, galvanized perforated panels, a detachable external noise reduction system, heat dissipation system, and accessible maintenance ports, meeting CCS marine standards for 24/7 operation with minimal noise, extended lifespan, and easy maintenance.

Rigorous testing and transportation assurance
Undergoes stringent factory testing, including insulation resistance, start/stop, 0–110% load, sudden load increase/decrease, protection function, and noise level tests to ensure flawless performance.

Given the unique size of the 1250kVA generator set, we employed specialized flat-rack containers for transport, with comprehensive securing measures to ensure zero damage during long-distance shipping to the Thai hospital.

Project Outcomes

After a week of sea transport, the 1250kVA generator set arrived safely at the Thai hospital, where it was installed, commissioned, and seamlessly activated for reliable backup power.
