2. 113kVA Perkins Generator Set
113kVA 60Hz 208V backup power system provided by RISE Power for the Australian Consulate
The system is a fully integrated enclosed generator set designed and manufactured by RISE Power, using British Perkins engine, American Marathon generator, British Deepsea control system and automatic power switch, etc. In the event of power outage, the consulate can be supplied with backup power in a few seconds.
3. 300kVA Perkins Generator Set
2 sets of 300kVA 60Hz 480V power system of RISE Power for Australian customers The system is a fully integrated enclosed generator set designed and manufactured by RISE Power, using British Perkins engine, American Marathon generator, ComAp control system, ABB 630A ACB, 20-hour fuel tank and other components. In addition, it is equipped with 0.35MVA 480/13.8kV 3-phase outdoor dry-type transformer and 630A Schneider manual switch cabinet to provide stable power to the customer.
4. 650kVA Volvo Generator Set
RISE Power supplied seven 688kVA 60Hz 480V generator sets for this power plant project. The generator set and related accessories of the power plant are designed and manufactured by RISE Power. We used the original Swedish Volvo PENTA engine, British Stamford generator, ComAp top grid-connected parallel control system and color LCD screen, ABB 1000A ACB, 55℃ tropical radiator. And we also provided the complete set of inlet and outlet air system with motorized blinds, 304 stainless steel exhaust system and cowling, etc.

The customer provided a 56-page of test report, test process and test time, and an 11-page of QC inspection process, various drawings and various requirements for generator set details.
The Australian senior electrical engineer, Philippine engineer and 75-year-old British third-party inspection and testing engineer were inspecting equipment.
The British engineer was very demanding on the job, he used the gap gauge to check the uniformity of the permanent magnet (PMG) gap of each machine.
During the operation, he also touched and checked the vibration of the unit from time to time.
After 4 days of high-intensity testing for nearly 10 hours per day, the inspection and acceptance of all 7 sets of Volvo PENTA generator sets were successfully completed.
