To meet the urgent power needs of a South American medical laboratory, our 1500kVA generator set delivers efficient, reliable backup power in a space-saving containerized design. Tailored for strict noise control, exceptional durability, and unwavering stability, this high-standard solution ensures seamless operation in a compact, demanding environment.
Core component configuration
Outfitted with top-tier components, including a UK-imported Perkins 4012-46TAG2A engine, a Sino-French joint venture Leroy Somer LSA50.2 L8 alternator, and a UK Deepsea DSE7320 MKII control system for unmatched reliability.
All-weather containerized enclosure
Features a custom high-strength, marine-grade anti-corrosion container with rock wool insulation, galvanized perforated panels, advanced noise reduction, heat dissipation systems, and accessible maintenance ports, meeting CCS marine standards for 24/7 operation with low noise, extended lifespan, and easy upkeep.
Automated switching system
Equipped with a 3200A PC-grade intelligent ATS cabinet featuring dual-row composite contacts, capable of withstanding 8kV surge voltage, ensuring seamless mains-to-generator switching for unattended operation tailored to backup power needs.
Rigorous testing and transportation assurance
Undergoes stringent factory testing, including insulation resistance, start/stop, 0–110% load, sudden load increase/decrease, protection function, and noise level tests.
Due to the unique size of this 1500kVA generator set, we utilized specialized flat-rack containers for transport, with all components double-wrapped in film and wooden crates, secured with multiple fixings and waterproof protection to ensure zero damage over long distances.
After nearly two months of sea transport, all equipment arrived safely at the South American medical laboratory, where it was installed, commissioned, and successfully put into operation.
